• 24+ hours: Free cancellation or reschedule • Less than 24 hours: $75 fee • Same-day or no access to home: $100 fee **Reschedules are treated the same as cancellations. By booking, you agree to these terms and authorize applicable charges.**
11What if I’m not home when the cleaner arrives?
Our cleaners will wait up to 25 minutes for access to the home. If we’re unable to enter within that time, the appointment may be canceled and a $100 lockout fee may apply. To avoid this, please make sure access instructions are provided ahead of time.
